VINCENT BOURSEUL

Vincent Bourseul
Born in 1976, I have lived and worked primarily in Paris since the end of the last century. I have practiced as a psychoanalyst there since 2009, in a consulting practice where I receive adults, children, and adolescents.
A former specialized educator since 1996, then head of service and director (street work, drug addiction and addictions, fight against HIV-AIDS, prisons, therapeutic housing and post-treatment), it was as a clinical psychologist graduated from Paris 7—Diderot University (ADELI number: 759324437) that I continued my professional experience toward other ventures. Subsequently, I left the University in 2016 and institutional work in 2017 to devote myself exclusively to my analytical practice begun in 2008.
Psychoanalysis, present in my life since my adolescence, constitutes an experience of knowledge and the language that occupies me most profoundly. After engaging in psychoanalytic treatment for several years, I began receiving patients and analysands in 2008, and continued the treatment to its conclusion several years later.
The activities related to the practice of psychoanalysis (as analysand and as analyst) led me to teaching, which I carried out at the University until 2016 (Paris 7—Diderot, Nice Sophia Antipolis), but above all to writing from a perspective of transmission as far removed as possible from inheritance and filiation (scientific articles, articles, opinion pieces and columns, doctoral thesis, books).
