Because there is no specifically masculine or feminine quality to the pleasures that colour beings with qualities as varied as they are lovable. Because we must keep putting the dead ends of sexual identities to work, with the aporias of gender and those of trans perspective which, though, renew—what a boon—the fragments of knowledge so far brought to light about the sexual, to describe further the scene of drive, fantasy, and desire that is woven at the heart of being, in its inner life.

If we had access to this unravelling, as in the unconscious what is never without stakes for a speaking being (the sexual and its effects) is negotiated without division, what little story could we read? What torments would we witness in this scene cast out by conscious life?

With gender having done its work to reach the subjects’ sexuation better than through the identity bites of signifiers, and with the ongoing treatments of some having extended it, the writing gives it here a form for others to read, informing them of a current state of bisexual psychic constitution.
